WELCOME TO CFTI CFTI breaks the barriers of employment for returning citizens through its faith-based program. Using technology as their friend, each student is taught the latest employment techniques and provided with career training opportunities which allow them to become a functional and productive member of society. |

| We are not an employment agency or a housing facility. We help ex-offenders to restore their lives and rebuild their futures through our two-week training program while introducing them to and / or encouraging them in their walk with Jesus Christ. | ||||||||

OUR CLASS SCHEDULE: On Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9:00 am to noon, we offer Professional Resume Writing and Creation, Cover Letter Development, and we video record Employment Readiness Interviews, preparing our students to find employment. Unlocking the Shackles Bible studies with Pastor Raymond Townsend follow from noon to 1:30 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 am to noon, we offer instruction in Excel and Microsoft Word with Professor Paul Zimmerman from Aquinas College, preparing our students for employment. Jacob's Ladder Bible studies with Chaplain Kurt follow from noon to 1:30 pm. Those participants who complete the course and prove a proficiency in eMail usage, word processing and spreadsheets are awarded a certificate from CFTI. |
